PromoCultura adds to its regular management services for cultural spaces the ability of organizing exhibitions, initiatives and events that promote the arts, culture and tourism. In collaboration with cultural, administrative and cultural-economic local institutions we also promote traditional craftsmanship, wine and food products. Thanks to our experience in this field we can offer management for events such as exhibitions, fairs, educational workshops, conferences, etc. Our work goes from the preliminary phases (target audience, location, promotional material, web content editing and layout, PR, contacts with suppliers) through the operative stages (organizational secretariat, reception, interpreting and translations) and up to the final stages (expense sheet, drafting of acts and reports). Paying particular attention to the set up of exhibitions, PromoCultura combines its organizational skills with the ability of designing educational themed itineraries based on the characters and historical context of the exhibition, thanks to the competence of personnel highly qualified in education.
